Cabinet & Finishes:
RSW Models:
Standard: White pre-painted galvanized metal in and out. Interior
floor galvanized. 2-1/4” thick foamed in place high density
Polyurethane foamed cabinet, no wood, with R-Value of 16 throughout.
Top mounted cases complete with 6” adjustable legs. Optional
casters. Finish Options: Embossed white, Stainless (flat
or embossed), Aluminum (flat or embossed), Standard and Custom
colors.
DZMZSZ:
The cabinet is designed for structural stability., high insulation
value, easy access and maximum storage capacity. Vacuum formed
ABS liner is "one piece" designed for insulation integrity
and easy cleaning. Unitized design, foamed-in-place cabinet using
a high pressure, injected, high density polyurethane foam. Small
footprint for use in tight spaces still allows highest "pack-out"
due to unique coil/refrigeration design.
Doors & Gaskets:
RSW Models: Reinforced high strength Polymer Composite
Cooler door frame and handle with thermal pane glass, hold open
feature, spring loaded hinges. Easily removable closed cell magnetic
self adjusting gasket. Triple pane, heated black aluminum framed
doors on Freezers. Optional keyed door locks, pass-through, and
glass ends.
DZMZSZ Models: "Sure-Close" door is field reversible for
left or right hand opening.
Lights:
RSW Models: Standard fluorescent fixtures on all Glass
door models. Optional lighted sign.
DZMZSZ Models: Interior horizontal lighting is incorporated
to light the product and attract attention, save energy and reduce
the number of parts required for maintenance.
Heaters - Integrated anti-condensate
door frame heaters.
Shelves:
RSW Models: Standard with 4 or 5rows of adjustable, (1/2"
increments), flat epoxy coated white wire shelves for durability
and cleanliness. Optional divided wire shelves for beverages.
Optional adjustable galvanized or stainless steel tray slides.
DZMZSZ Models: Long lasting epoxy coated, adjustable white
wire shelving can be used horizontal or at an angle for better
product display. Adjustable in 1-1/4" increments for optimum space
utilization.
Controls & Monitors - Standard
Electronic Temperature Control with Digital readout. Options:
Chart Recorder, Power light and Switch, Defrost indicator, Dial
and Digital thermometers, Temperature alarm with Digital readout
and dialer output.
Refrigeration System - Self contained
systems. Top or Bottom mounted condensing units at no extra charge.
Forced air evaporator or optional gravity coil on coolers only.
Trouble free and accurate Capillary tube system or optional TX
valve system depending on model. Only environmentally friendly
refrigerants used. Systems are designed for use in environments,
75 Deg. F and 55 percent RH. Systems designed for holding pre-chilled/frozen
product. All self-contained systems include energy efficient automatic
hot gas condensate disposal. 1/3 and 1/2 HP units 115/1/60 with
cord.
