Standard Features - Perfect product
presentation with full length fluorescent lighting. optional shelf
lighting available. Two rows of adjustable epoxy coated white
wire shelves (14" & 16"). Service side of cases
is complete with thermo glass sliding doors on rollers. Refrigeration
system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. Top gravity
coil blankets the product at low velocity to reduce the effect
of drying.
Construction - This modern attractive design
has a satin aluminum profile display area on a rugged steel bottom
section designed for years of use. The energy saving glass front,
top and sides are thermopane glass.
Finish - Glass perimeters all
in rounded aluminum profile, available in satin silver finish.
Bottom section finished in white pre-painted galvanized steel.
Doors - Service side of case is
complete with thermo glass sliding doors on rollers.

Shelves - Two tiers of adjustable
epoxy wire shelves fully reinforced.
Refrigeration - Self contained
bottom mount system with gentle gravity or optional forced air
circulation to keep product cool on all levels. This refrigerated
display cabinet is designed for use in air conditioned stores.
Some pastry and deli foods should be rotated daily for peak freshness.
