Case Features
Fresh meat and delicatessen displayed to perfection through
larger full vision display window - demands customers attention
to merchandise. Larger serving rear doors are quickly removed
for cleaning.
Interior - Heavy gauge galvanized,
or optional stainless steel, one piece foamed in place tank with
large plastic drain for long life and easy cleanup.
Exterior - Heavy gauge polyester
pre-painted galvanized metal exterior with large stainless steel
top and trim. Large top is ideal for location of scale or for
merchandising impulse, high margin, condiments and complimentary
products.
Color - Standard color is white,
with optional choice of general polyester pre-painted colors.
Color matching is also available.
Trim - Decorative front panel
can be ordered to compliment or contrast colors. Front bumper
is standard on all models.
Insulation - 2" foamed in
place polyurethane insulation is the best available. Keeps cabinet
temperature consistent, reduce losses, and ensures refrigeration
system does not run longer than necessary.
Refrigeration - The secret to
the success of this model for over 30 years that few manufacturers
can duplicate. No Fans, instead, 2 sets of high humidity gravity
coils ensures a cold blanket of air over the product at the correct
temperature. This reduces the drying effect and maintains the
highest humidity possible, keeping freshness at its peak. All
cases require exterior drain. Optional hot gas condensate pan
is available for cases not used for Meat or Fish and Seafood.
The refrigeration system is sized to ensure a range of temperatures
to keep Meat, Deli, Salads, Cheese, Fish, and Seafood. Environmentally
friendly refrigerant is used through the product line. Adjustable
temperature control allows temperature adjustment to match product
displayed.
Defrost - Automatic defrost cycle
that is time initiated keeps the coils free of excessive ice build
up to maintain the proper temperature.
Ends - Heavy gauge interior and
exterior, standard is pre-painted galvanized, but also available
in stainless steel. Ends are foamed in place with polyurethane
insulation to keep the cold in. Case end trim is stainless steel
for longevity.
Lighting - Bright full length
fluorescent lighting with optional front double light or rear
single light allows merchandising flexibility.
Shelving - Standard with epoxy
coated white wire deck shelves. Optional stainless steel deck
pans, fish pans with drain, step shelves, salad shelves, and mezzanine
shelves are available.
Sliding Doors - Larger heavy
duty sliding thermal pane doors on rollers with full length handle
for ease of use, are easily removed for cleaning. Rear doors are
ergonomically positioned for ease of service and full reach inside
of case.
Lengths - 4', 6', 8' 10', 12', and continuous runs.
Standard Equipment - Thermometer,
scale stand and wrapping board that is mounted on a drop leaf
bracket to hide away when not necessary. This allows for easy
access to the front interior with less stress and fatigue.
